Although Molly's title is Customer Service Assistant, she sees herself as a relationship builder and troubleshooter. As the first point of contact, Molly is responsible for answering phones and welcoming visitors to the office. Her goal is to ensure everything runs smoothly and that customers have an outstanding experience. With over 20 years in customer service, she enjoys getting to know people and making sure they have the best experience possible.
Molly lives in Algoma with their husband and three young children. Her family enjoys spending time outdoors, four-wheeling, and participating in family-centered activities such as visiting The Farm and the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary.
